Owners and managers of the company are Darina Ilieva and Plamen Iliev – professionals with long-standing experience in property investment and real estate management. They are certified valuation specialists of real estate, businesses and other property. Professor Dr Plamen Iliev is lecturer and dean of the Economics and management of construction department at University of Economics Varna. He was the chancellor of the university for the period 2011 – 2019. Darina Bobeva-Ilieva is a certified valuation specialist of real estate, businesses and plant and machienery. She was the chairwoman of the Regional Chamber of Independent Evaluators Varna for the period 2009 – 2017.
